It is nearly 10 pm in the evening. A warm ocean breeze enters my room together with the calls of the seagulls. I am in the home of my friend Cathrine in a town called Bournemouth in England.

The town is an old Victorian beach town and has a special flair.

After walking through part of the town, we drink the famous local apple cider at the pier.
Tomorrow, we will start our hike along the coast. We will hike the 630 mile long hike in the reverse direction and only a part of it. It will be a meditative walk. Every day, we will pull a nature meditation card and walk with it. Together with these phrases, I will choose the most characteristic photos of this area. I hope you will enjoy the walk with us.
Apple cider and England are words that go together. Recently here in the U.S. (and particularly the Pacific Northwest) not only have wineries taken off spectacularly but so have cideries. Thank you England
Apple Cider is delicious here!
